Venus Sugar’s management has committed to contribute Rs.12 lacs annually from their CSR fund to support the “Umeed Trust” under the District Administration of Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh.
The company got the approval of the Central Government for the incorporation of the new company for the setting up of the Distillery plant in Uttar Pradesh.
The company recently received the Environment Clearance approval for the Distillery plant set-up.
The company has entered into a long-term agreement with the Public sector oil companies to sell the ethanol.
